Welcome to the Get Involved Welcome Fair on Monday 16th September, 10am-4pm at the Sports Hall. Join us for a day filled with fun, friends, and fantastic opportunities. Whether you're eager to join a new sport, delve into societies, explore local businesses, or discover essential services, there's something for everyone at this brilliant event. Don't miss out—come down and join us at the Get Involved Welcome Fair to make the most of your university experience.

Event Details:

• This event takes place in the University Sports Hall on Monday 16th September, 10am-4pm.
• This event is free and you can turn up at a time that suits you between 10am and 4pm.
• The event will include stalls with freebies, information about societies and sports clubs.
• There will be a community cafe, a 'pop up' SU shop and ticket office for all our other events at the Welcome Festival.

Event Accessibility:

The Welcome Fair takes place in the University Sports Hall, which is accesible via stairs and or lift. There are toilets in the changing room area of the sports hall.
The Welcome Fair can be a loud and busy environment, to support students who may struggle with this we will be providing sensory packs at the entrance which include stress balls and ear plugs.
