Join ActiveHud for an action-packed Kung Fu session on Wednesday, 22nd January, from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm in JCG/05. Kung Fu is a traditional martial art that combines powerful movements, agility, and focus. In this session, you’ll get to learn basic techniques, improve your fitness, and enhance your coordination, all while having fun and staying active.
Whether you're looking to build strength, learn self-defense techniques, or simply try something new, Kung Fu offers a great way to boost your confidence and focus. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and no prior experience is needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and come prepared for an energetic, enjoyable session that will leave you feeling empowered.
