Look After Your Mate Workshop

Event Description

Join us on Monday, 20th January, from 2 pm to 4 pm in OA6/07 for the Look After Your Mate Workshop. This interactive session equips you with the skills and confidence to support friends and peers who may be experiencing mental health challenges.

Led by trained facilitators, the workshop covers practical tips on active listening, starting conversations about mental health, and knowing where to find further help and support. It’s a valuable opportunity to learn how to be a better friend while enhancing your own understanding of mental health.

Whether you’re passionate about supporting others or simply curious to learn more, this workshop is open to everyone and provides a safe and supportive environment to develop essential skills. Let’s work together to build a more caring and connected community.
