Step away from the busyness of everyday life and treat yourself to a moment of calm at our Mindfulness Workshop with Guided Meditation. Join us on Friday, 24th January, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm in JC1/10 for an hour dedicated entirely to your mental wellbeing.
This relaxing session will introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness—helping you manage stress, improve focus, and bring a greater sense of balance to your life. You’ll explore simple but powerful mindfulness techniques that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. To round off the workshop, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation designed to quiet the mind, ease tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed—this is a welcoming and supportive space where you can learn, unwind, and connect with yourself. Whether you’re dealing with a busy schedule, feeling overwhelmed, or simply curious about mindfulness, this session is a chance to pause and take care of your mental wellbeing.
This event is open to all students, staff, and PhD researchers. Whether you’re looking for ways to manage stress, take a moment to recharge, or simply explore mindfulness, this workshop is perfect for you. Come along and leave feeling calm, focused, and ready to take on the rest of your day with a positive mindset!
