Slave: A Question of Freedom

 

Event Description:

Join us for a an outing to Manchester to watch a play about the real life telling of the life of Mende Nazer.
It is a celebration of Mende's indomitable spirit, the beauty of the ancient Nuba culture, and exposes the inhumanity and horror of trafficking and modern slavery.

Event Details:

  • This event takes place on Saturday 12th October, 1.30pm-5pm
  • This event takes place at The Lowry, in Manchester.
  • Please meet outside The Lowry (M50 3AZ) at 1.30pm (the play starts at 2pm).
  • Transport to and from Manchester is not provided, attendees will need to make their own way to and from Manchester.
  • This is a ticketed event, details are below.

 

Ticket Details:

Tickets for this event are FREE, the cost of entry is being covered by the Students' Union.
Attendees will need to cover the costs of their own transport to and from Manchester.

The capacity for this event is 10.
