Join ActiveHud for a relaxing Tai Chi session on Wednesday, 22nd January, from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm in JCG/05. Tai Chi is a gentle martial art that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing, making it an excellent way to de-stress, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall wellbeing.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind after a busy day or try something new to stay active. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, and no prior experience is required—just wear comfortable clothes and come ready to enjoy the peaceful benefits of Tai Chi.

 

Who is this event for?

This event is open to all students, staff, and PhD researchers. Whether you're completely new to Tai Chi or looking for a relaxing way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, this session is for you! Come along and experience the calming effects of Tai Chi with ActiveHud.

  • Please wear clothing suitable for exercise and bring a drink.
  • The session will include Tai Chi, led by an experience instructor
