As the Captain of our archery club, my responsibilities revolve around leading and inspiring our team while ensuring everything runs smoothly. I oversee practice sessions, plan training programs, and set goals to help each member improve their skills. I’m also in charge of organizing competitions and events, coordinating with other clubs and officials to make sure everything is well-arranged. My role includes representing the club at meetings and managing communication between members and the committee. I work closely with the Vice Captain and other committee members to support their efforts, address any issues that arise, and maintain a positive, inclusive team environment. Ultimately, my job is to ensure that our club is successful, both on and off the field, and that every member feels valued and motivated.
