As the Equipment Officer for the club, I am responsible for managing and maintaining all club equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and readily available for use. I regularly inspect bows, arrows, targets, and other gear, addressing any repairs or replacements needed to keep everything in top condition. I also oversee the storage and organization of equipment, ensuring it is easily accessible during practice sessions and competitions. Additionally, I manage the inventory, keeping track of all items and coordinating the purchase of new equipment when necessary. My role is crucial in providing our members with the reliable gear they need to train and compete effectively.
