After each screening, mingle with fellow movie buffs in our cosy space, sharing thoughts, interpretations and favourite scenes. It's a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, fostering engaging conversations and the joy of cinema.
But wait, there's more! Alongside regular socials/events (both Sober and Boozy!) We also organize exciting movie marathons once a term, offering unforgettable binge-watching experiences.

Hannah Shore (She/Her)
Hiya! I'm Hannah, your President of The Silver Screen Society. I am a Final Year Medical Genetics Student and my favourite film genres include Horror and Romcoms.
I am looking forward to hosting themed socials (Such as Halloween fancy dress), as well as movie marathons. I cant wait to meet fellow film buffs like me and make new friends!

Hey y’all! I’m Kaelyn, but I go by Kay, and I’m the Vice President of the Silver Screen Society! I’m a final year Screenwriting Student.
My favorite film genres are Comedy and Action, and some of my favorite films are Treasure Planet and The Mitchell's vs. The Machines.
